Verbatim: "Nuclear safety at Zaporizhzhya NPP is compromised. We are doing everything we can, but the fire is continuing, and firefighters have not been allowed in. There are huge risks. Hostilities are going on at the station. The reactors are in danger".

The Zaporizhzhya NPP caught fire as a result of shelling by Russian invaders. Ukrainian Minister for Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba stressed that if the Zaporizhzhya NPP explodes, the consequences would be 10 times worse than Chornobyl. The premises of the educational building and the combined laboratory and residential building are on fire.
