Quote: "Two-thirds of the city has no hot water supply. We are now running on an autonomous power supply, disconnected from the wider Ukrainian network. There is no heat in about two-thirds of the city. In some areas there is no cold water. There was direct damage to heating networks at the combined heat and power station.

The situation is extremely difficult, but people are working around the clock. My whole team, all the leaders stayed and have been working, no one escaped. We have about 400 wounded people. About 60 people have died.

There are cases where a person was at the epicentre of the aerial bomb’s hit and is to be found neither among the living nor among the dead. The person burned up, disappeared."
