Russian occupiers are shelling Kharkiv. Residents urged to shelter all day

Kharkiv region’s Department for Civilian Protection is urging residents to remain in shelters and not to go out on the streets during the entire day on 13 April.

Details: Shelling of residential neighbourhoods in Pivnichna Saltivka, the 602nd micro-district in Kharkiv and the village of Zhukovske has been ongoing since the morning of 13 April.
Russian troops are also shelling the Kharkiv Tractor District neighbourhood, causing a large-scale fire; local residents report a column of black smoke in the area.
The Department for Civilian Protection has urged the residents of the Kharkiv region to remain in shelters and not to go out on the streets during the entire day on 13 April even in the absence of air raid sirens.
