The Russian army can not approach Kharkov, so the occupiers are resorting to shameful shelling of residential areas of the city, and the region.

Details: Over the past 24 hours, the Russian occupying forces have inflicted 23 attacks by artillery, mortar shells and multiple launch rocket systems in the areas of Pivnichna Saltivka, Piatykhatky, Oleksiivka, the city centre, the Kharkiv Tractor Factory area, and Derhachi. There was also 1 missile strike.
A total of 31 people were injured in the shelling by the Russians, including 4 children. Three civilians were killed.
Syniehubov states that emergency physicians, doctors and rescuers are working flat out. Unfortunately, 3 sappers were blown up and 4 were wounded during the demining of Russian cluster munitions near Kharkiv.
Quote: "The enemy cannot approach Kharkiv, our Armed Forces hold strong positions and are advancing in some directions. Therefore, the Russians are resorting to shameful shelling of residential neighbourhoods.
I appeal to the residents of Kharkiv: do not be on the streets unnecessarily. Taking into account the upcoming holidays [Orthodox Easter], I ask you to understand the decisions to limit the gathering of people in one place. It's all for our safety."
