Details: On 21 April, it became known that a satellite had located a large mass grave in the village of Mangush, which is occupied by Russian troops. Between 3,000 and 6,000 Mariupol residents may be buried there.

On 22 April, information came to light about a similar mass grave in the village of Vynohradne, to the east of Mariupol.

In photographs taken by a Planet satellite, one can see that the size of the mass grave is 45 by 25 metres. At least 1,000 Mariupol residents murdered by the Russians may be buried there.

According to the adviser to the Mayor of Mariupol, the presence of such mass graves confirms that the aggressors make arrangements for the collection/burial/cremation of deceased Mariupol residents in every district of the city.

Vadym Boychenko, the Mayor of Mariupol, warned that there will be even more mass graves [like the ones that have been discovered] if the Russians continue to block evacuation from the city.

Quote by the Mayor: "We’re going to see more graves like these. Unfortunately. Their territory will expand.

"Because the number of people killed is in the tens of thousands. This is the worst genocide in Europe since the Holocaust. Moreover, no fewer than 15,000 Mariupol residents who are elderly or have chronic illnesses may die, because there is a catastrophic shortage of drinking water, food and medicine in the blockaded city. The aggressors are indifferent to the fate of Mariupol residents. That is why we beg the world to rescue our citizens. After all, the city must be evacuated. Immediately."
