Kharkiv oblast: Russians fire on Balakliia, three people killed

Three people were killed in an artillery shelling of the Russian-occupied town of Balakliia in the Kharkiv oblast on Wednesday.

Quote: "According to the investigation, on 6 April 2022, military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out artillery shelling of residential buildings in Balakliia, Izium district.
As a result, people's houses were partially destroyed. The shelling killed three people."
Details: Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv oblast have launched a pre-trial investigation on violations of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
