Russians shell Donbas: there are dead and wounded

The Russian military has fired on 10 settlements in Donetsk Oblast over the past 24 hours, there are dead and wounded, and 22 civilian objects have been damaged.

Quote of the police: "Russian troops have attacked the following settlements - Mariupol, Slavшansk, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Soledar, Orlivka, Dolyna, Niu-Iork, Novoselivka and Krasnohorivka village."
Details: 22 civilian objects have been destroyed - residential buildings, a college, a business and other vital infrastructure. There are casualites.
Also, the occupiers fired at the settlements of Luhansk Oblast 26 times in the past 24 hours, there are casualties, and destruction and damage to at least 34 houses.
In the city of Lysychansk, a truck carrying humanitarian supplies came under fire and was damaged.
Police state that they have launched a pre-trial investigation into all of Russia’s war crimes under Art. 438 (Violations of the laws or customs of war) of the Criminal Code.
