Russians launched a missile strike on Chernihiv Oblast, there are many dead and wounded

In the morning of 17 May, the village of Desna in Chernihiv Oblast (region) was hit by a missile strike, as a result of which there are dead and wounded.

Quote: "Early in the morning, the enemy launched rocket attacks on the village of Desna. Rescuers and law enforcement agencies are at work there. Previously, we had many dead and wounded." 

Details: The head of the Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, could not name the exact number of victims.

He stressed that "the war has not left the Chernihiv region," and so he urged people to be vigilant and heed the air raid sirens.
