The puppet head of Russian-occupied Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, has said that he has visited occupied Kherson and offered Kherson residents "partnership" and "fraternal relations".

Literally: "After many years, I visited ‘liberated’ Kherson. Crimea is a partner region for ‘liberated’ territories. We have always maintained and built relationships based on the principles of respect for each other, but history and objective factors have divided us.

Crimeans are ready to help the residents of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts to integrate and to overcome all the difficulties that may arise."

Details: According to the occupier, he understands what the people of Kherson have had to go through and is ready to help them survive the "discomfort".

He also suggested that entrepreneurs from the occupied territories "do business" in annexed Crimea.
