Quote: "Just now, the chairman of the Grayvoronsky City district, Gennady Bondarev, reported shelling of the village of Bezimeno from the Ukrainian side. There is one victim – a slight injury."

Details: According to Gladkov, the victim's life is not in danger.

He also reported damage but did not specify the details.

Background: The Belgorod Oblast of the Russian Federation borders the Luhansk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions of Ukraine. This is not the first time that shelling has been reported in this part of Russia.

So, on May 15, Gladkov claimed that there was shooting again "from the territory of Ukraine" – in the village of Sereda a civilian was injured.

Also on May 17 Chairman of the Kursk Oblast of the Russian Federation Roman Starovoit stated that the border village of Oleksiivka was shelled with "large-calibre weapons".
