in Kemerovo, Russia, the FSB reports detaining a "supporter of the Ukrainian Nazis" who was allegedly involved in damaging power lines.

Bottles with incendiary mixture, canisters of gasoline, mounting bolts from damaged power lines, two air pistols converted to fire ammunition, two combat knives, communications equipment containing layouts of military enlistment offices and departments, were allegedly found at his home. They also found a personal diary with handwritten notes confirming the commission of sabotage.
The detainee allegedly confessed.
