Russian troops shell evacuation bus in Luhansk Oblast

Serhii Haidai, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, said that Russian occupation forces opened fire on an evacuation bus near the town of Vrubivka.

Quote from Haidai: "An evacuation bus with residents of the Hirske hromada [amalgamated territorial community - ed.] was shelled near Vrubivka. Fortunately, all of them are alive and have already reached safety.

Evacuations and humanitarian deliveries are currently extremely difficult to organise, only a single trip is possible each day. The number of people who want to leave is rising. The shelling is intensifying."

Details: Haidai added that 18 people were rescued from Hirske hromada, which continues to be shelled by Russian occupiers.

The head of the Luhansk Military Administration said that there are no longer any safe routes out of Luhansk oblast.
