Kharkiv region: Zolochiv is shelled for over 10 hours; one woman has been killed and another injured

Russian troops shelled the village of Zolochiv in the Kharkiv region for more than 10 hours, killing one elderly woman and seriously wounding another.

Details: Around 9 am, a 74-year-old resident of Zolochiv was killed when a howitzer shell hit a private house.
Another 73-year-old woman was seriously injured when she went outside at about 2 pm during the shelling. Fragments of an artillery shell hit the woman in the head and cut her torso and limbs. She was taken to hospital in Kharkiv in a critical condition.
"Zolochiv has never been shelled like this before, the whole day without a break", Kovalenko said.
According to the head of the community, the Russians were firing on the village with howitzers. Explosions were heard from 8 am onwards and did not stop until 6 pm.
