Police reveal consequences of Russian shelling in the Donetsk region

Over the past 24 hours, the police have documented 7 strikes by the Russian army on the settlements of Donetsk Oblast; there are casualties, and 20 civilian objects were destroyed.

Details: Russian troops hit the settlements of Toretsk, Siversk, Avdiivka, Ptyche, Bohoiavlenka, Orlivka, New-York. These were fired on using artillery and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems.

15 private houses, a coke plant and an electrical substation were damaged, leaving 335 settlements without electricity.

Russian forces shelled two villages in the Vuhledar community with cluster shells. 

In Novoukrainka, the Russians attacked 7 private houses with Uragan rocket systems. In Bohoiavlenka they hit two houses and a shop.

The police and the SBU have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
