Explosions in Lviv and Ternopil regions: the number of victims increased to six

On Tuesday, explosions thundered in the Ternopil and Lviv regions, air defence was working, and a downed missile damaged an Infrastructure Facility in Zolochiv. At first four victims  were reported, among them a child, but in the evening their number increased to six.

Details: Kozytskyi and Trush reported on the work of the Ukrainian air defence system and urged residents not to leave the shelter until the end of the air raid siren. The mayor of Lviv said that the city is quiet, but there are reports of explosions in the region.

According to Kozytskyi, air defence forces shot down a missile over Zolochiv in the Lviv region. As a result of the rocket crash, a civilian infrastructure facility - a brick factory - was damaged. It was reported that four people were injured. Among them is one child. 

In the evening, it became known that the number of victims of the fall of rocket debris in Zolochiv increased to six. Doctors assess their condition as satisfactory. All of them are currently undergoing outpatient treatment, said the head of the Lviv region.

According to Trush, the air defence forces worked on several enemy missiles over the Ternopil region. Experts went to the sites of explosions. 

Previously, there were no casualties or damage. The information is being updated. 

Residents are strongly urged to stay in shelters during air raid sirens.
