  • Yurii Ihnat, the spokesman of the Ukrainian Air Force Command, said that the attack on Kremenchuk was carried out by an Kh-22 missile fired from a Tu-22M3 bomber from Kursk.
  • In Russia, it was initially reported that they struck "hangars with weapons and ammunition received from the United States and European countries." Then the Russian Federation called the shopping centre "disused", and referred to the video of the first minutes after the shelling and the screams of bloodied civilians as being "staged" and "fake".
