Zelenskyy reacted to the invaders' strike on Vinnytsia: this is a terrorist attack

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the missile strike of the Russian invaders on Vinnytsia a terrorist attack, which killed at least 12 people, including a small child.

Background:
- On the morning of 14 July Russians hit the centre of Vinnytsia with rockets, resulting in fires. According to various sources, there were around 2 to 4 explosions.
- According to the head of the Vinnytsia oblast Serhii Borzov, 4 more missiles over the region were shot down by air defence forces.
