Quote from Saldo’s "decree": "Forced deportation outside the territory of the Kherson Oblast may be applied to persons who commit the actions specified in paragraph 1 of this decree as a measure of punishment. The decision on forced deportation is made by the military commandant and is carried out within 24 hours."

Details : According to the "documents", any manifestation of "extremist activity" is prohibited. Occupiers included, in particular: obstructing the work of the "administration", social structures and enterprises; compromising the occupying "authorities" and the armed forces of the Russian Federation, spreading "knowingly false" information about them.

In addition, responsibility is provided for "justification of terrorism, use of Nazi and extremist organizations’ attributes", violation of social, racial, national or religious enmity, holding of public events not agreed with the occupation administration, production of "extremist" materials and their financing, as well as creating "threats to public safety" in other forms.

Later, the so-called head of the interim administration of the Zaporizhia oblast Yevhen Balytskyi said that pro-Ukrainian activists are planned to be "evicted" to the territory controlled by Ukraine .

Balytskyi's quote: "In order to be humane and not apply the methods used by Ukraine to them, I signed a decree which will allow us to simply evict such people as those who belong to pro-Ukrainian far-right structures, such as "Right Sector", so that the people wouldn’t simply kill them whitin the territories.

We bring them to Vasylivka, where we have a passage to Ukraine, issue a passport - and that's it – one way ticket. And then – go to Lutsk, to Poland, whereever it will be more convenient for you, and conduct your business there. But no one will interfere with our peaceful life here. And we already have such examples, we will talk about it soon."

More details : According to the collaborator, on Thursday he signed a decree "on strengthening measures of an anti-terrorist nature."

"Now in our country, if a person did not report a crime in preparation, or knew that his neighbor, relative, or acquaintance was engaged in extremist activities, even on the Internet, and did not report this information to the law enforcement officers, they are equated to someone who commits this crime. And also family members and other people who knew, participated, even did not report the situation to the law enforcement authorities, will be evicted from the territory," he said.
