Russian troops have shelled the city of Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Details: The city council has asked residents not to post photos or videos of the explosion on the internet. Later, the Department of State Emergency Services in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast reported a large-scale fire at an industrial enterprise in Pavlograd.

"Rescuers have already extinguished the fire. They fought the fire for almost 2 hours. No one was hurt. Now a commission is working on the spot - fire experts are finding out the causes of the fire," the message says.
