Occupiers of Zaporizhzhia Oblast introduce Russian curriculum and compel locals to send children to school – intelligence service

The occupiers have brought teachers from Russia to Zaporizhzhia Oblast and are compelling parents to send their children to kindergartens and schools that follow the Russian educational system.

Details: If parents refuse to do so, the occupiers are threatening to take their children away from them and send them to boarding schools. There is also a punishment for parents – military service in the army of the so-called "DPR" and community service for women".

Background: The Russian occupiers are planning to hold so-called "referendums", on 11 September, on the creation of "republics" on the territories of the occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
