Blasts have rocked several neighbourhoods in the city of Mykolaiv.

Update: Sienkevych has later reported that civilian targets have been hit and residential buildings have been damaged.
He said that the 101 and 112 emergency telephone lines were currently out of order in Mykolaiv, but offered alternative numbers that can be reached instead.
