Security Service of Ukraine identifies 3 Russian occupiers who tortured residents of Kyiv region

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has identified 3 soldiers of the 64th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 35th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation, who tortured and tried to kill a civilian during the temporary occupation of Kyiv Oblast.

Details: It was established that the occupiers kidnapped a man and tortured him for several days; they acted violently and applied psychological pressure om him.

When the man was escaping from Russian captivity, the invaders opened fire on him, as a result of which, the civilian suffered a gunshot wound.

Aleksandr Borisov, born on 7 March, 1999, Raian Madaiev, born on 6 June, 2002, and Maksim Sulaindziuga, born on 25 August, 1994, were involved in the torture of the Ukrainian citizen.

Currently, the whereabouts of these Russians have been established. They are now on the wanted list, and measures are being taken to bring them to justice for crimes against Ukraine.

Background: On 29 August, the Security Service of Ukraine reported that it had collected evidence of crimes against another Kadyrovite from the Ahmat detachment, Iznaur Musaiev; during the occupation of the Kyiv region, he tortured and killed 5 civilians in the Bucha district.
