Occupiers hit Kharkiv, one person killed – Oblast Military Administration

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, has reported that the occupiers fired on Kharkiv this morning and one person has died.

Quote: "Russian occupiers are striking Kharkiv. Do not leave safe places."
As Ihor Terekhov, the Mayor of Kharkiv, later reported, one civilian was killed in the shelling.
Quote from Terekhov: "Information about one death has been confirmed. Civilian. Just left the house and came under fire. My condolences to the relatives."
