About 01:00 on 10 September, Russian occupying forces shelled Kharkiv district; at least one woman died.

The enemy is taking revenge for the successful actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to liberate Kharkiv Oblast. Therefore, yesterday afternoon, he [‘the enemy’, i.e. the Russians] massively shelled civilians in Kharkiv and liberated Balaklia.
In Kharkiv, 14 civilians were injured, 3 of whom were children. 5 people were taken to a hospital in the Izium district. In addition, 1 person was wounded in Kharkiv district".
