Armed Forces of Ukraine liberate five settlements in Kherson Oblast – Pivden (South) Operational Command

Through the counteroffensive in the southern regions of the country, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have completely liberated at least five settlements and nearly 500 square kilometres from Russian occupation.

Quote: "Our success during the last two weeks has been quite convincing. We have advanced from four to a few tens of kilometres in different areas. Nearly 500 square kilometres of land are liberated.
As of now the settlements of Vysokopillia, Novovoznesenske, Bilohirka, Sukhyi Stavok and Myroliubivka are liberated."
Details: Humeniuk added that Russian occupiers are strengthening filtration protocol – especially near Kherson – by encircling the city with checkpoints and patrols. The Armed Forces of Ukraine keep this territory under fire control.
Background: On 10 September the Pivden (South) Operational Command reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting a successful counteroffensive in the South of Ukraine and have advanced a few tens of kilometres on different fronts.
