Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the Office of President of Ukraine, supposes that the killing of a so-called "general prosecutor of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR)" and his deputy should be considered the result of a showdown between local criminal elements, or a Russian mop-up operation.

Quote: "The elimination of a so-called "general prosecutor of the LPR" and his deputy in his own office should be viewed only as a showdown between local criminal groups that could not divide up all the stolen property before everyone went on the run.

Background:

On Friday, an explosion occurred in the building of the so-called "General Prosecutor's Office of the LPR" in the occupied city of Luhansk. Serhii Horenko, "general prosecutor of the LPR", and his deputy Kateryna Stehlenko, were killed.
