Quote: "It is recommended that men aged 18-35 immediately leave the occupied territory using the Crimea-Georgia route. Today [22 September], the occupiers didn’t let men aged 18 to 35 pass through Vasylivka checkpoint in the direction of Zaporizhzhia. This practice will continue".

Details: Fedorov states that the occupiers are trying to mobilise Ukrainian men to use them as "cannon fodder" at the front line.

Fedorov recommends men from the occupied territories of Ukraine to try and go in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, or choose an alternative route to Georgia through temporarily occupied Crimea. He warns that there is little time left.

Background: Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, announced partial mobilisation of the Russian citizens during this address on 21 September. The Ministry of Defence of Russia specified that mobilised men in the occupied territories of Ukraine will be considered Russian soldiers.
