Quote: "They [the Russian army - ed.] are not able to advance. They are holding onto those lines of defence which they have been establishing for a long time, some of them built using reinforced concrete. In Kherson Oblast, on our front, they simply cannot hide as it is an open surface with endless steppes where there are no forests. This is why they are using the fortifications they had been constructing for a long time exclusively in defensive mode.

They are not advancing… A platoon of tanks tried to move forward yesterday. The first tank blew up on an anti-tank mine. The two other tanks retreated to their positions".

Details: Humeniuk added that the best option for Russian soldiers is to surrender. She stated that Russian troops know how to do this according to the rules and have all the necessary information.
