Ukrainian Armed Forces hit Russian UAV ground control centre in Kherson Oblast

The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a Russian command post in the Beryslav district and a UAV ground control centre in Davydiv Brid, both in Kherson Oblast, on 29 September.

Details: Russian losses are estimated to be:

  • 43 military personnel
  • 4 tanks
  • 4 large-calibre Msta-B and Msta-S howitzers;
  • two Giatsint-S self-propelled guns;
  • 2 Grad multiple-launch rocket systems;
  • 1 120-calibre mortar;
  • 5 armoured vehicles;
  • 1 Orlan-10 reconnaissance drone;
  • 2 ammunition storage points in the Beryslav district (Kherson Oblast).

The Armed Forces of Ukraine also struck 6 areas where Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment were concentrated in Kherson, Nova Kakhovka and Nova Kardashynka. They attacked a convoy of Russian military vehicles and equipment in Nova Kakhovka twice. Ukraine’s Rocket Forces and Artillery carried out a total of 276 firing missions on 29 September.
