Quote from Reznichenko: "At least four people were killed and 19 injured. These are the disheartening preliminary numbers following the large-scale enemy attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The Russians launched over 10 missiles on the Oblast. Our air defence shot down four missiles."

Details: Reznichenko reported that Russia had targeted critical infrastructure facilities, residential neighbourhoods, and public transport stops – all of this to cause panic. He said that there was "significant destruction". A power outage in the city of Kryvyi Rih left 80,000 people without electricity. Electricians are working to restore power in the area. Reznichenko once again urged Ukrainians to go to shelters.

He added that "we will rise again after this attack, but there is nothing that can help them anymore."

  • At least 11 critical infrastructure facilities in eight Ukrainian oblasts and the city of Kyiv have been damaged as a result of Russia’s missile strikes; some oblasts are cut off from the electrical grid.
