There should not be a minute of delay in the capitals deciding on air defence systems for Ukraine." Kuleba wrote on Twitter.

The attack on energy facilities of Ukraine is ongoing on Saturday, 22 October. An air raid siren was sounded throughout the entire country, with the exception of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The Russians have launched missile strikes on important energy facilities in Kropyvnytskyi and Holovanivsk districts of Kirovohrad Oblast.  Russian missiles have also hit an energy facility in Odesa Oblast and in the city of Rivne.

Lutsk mayor Ihor Polishchuk has reported about the shelling of the city of Lutsk, that resulted in damage to an energy facility.

Khmelnytskyi City Council has reported that the city was left without electricity after the explosions were heard.
