Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry replies to Russians: Russia not in any position to dictate terms

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has responded to the statements recently made by Russia, which "does not accept the preconditions [for negotiations] regarding Ukraine" and emphasised that the occupiers were not in a position to dictate their conditions.

Ukraine's peace formula remains unchanged: an immediate end to the war, the withdrawal of all Russian troops, the restoration of Ukraine’s territorial integrity, compensation for the damage caused, and the provision of effective guarantees of non-repetition of aggression.

Under other conditions, it will be impossible to achieve a lasting peace".
