This is a necessary step to balance the power system and avoid equipment accidents. [The regular] schedules of stabilisation shutdowns are currently not in effect!

At least half the customers in the capital are without electricity."

Previously: On 15 November, air defence forces shot down four missiles over Kyiv, but Russian missiles hit residential buildings in the centre of the city.

As a result, emergency power outages have begun again in the capital.

In addition to Kyiv, missile strikes were carried out on Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Kharkiv oblasts.
