Zelenskyy adds Kubrakov and Mashovets to Staff of Supreme Commander-in-Chief

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, has updated the list of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, adding Oleksandr Kubrakov and Roman Mashovets.

Quote: "I hereby… introduce the following persons to the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief: Oleksandr Mykolayovych Kubrakov, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and Roman Vasylovych Mashovets, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine."

Reference: The Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief was created on 24 February in response to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, to ensure strategic leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations and law enforcement agencies.

Background: In accordance with a decree issued by the president in August, the following people joined the Staff: Vasyl Maliuk, the Deputy Director of the Security Service of Ukraine; Ihor Tantsyura, the Commander of the Territorial Defence Forces; and Viktor Horenko, the Commander of the Special Operations Forces.
