Kremlin openly blackmailing Ukraine: Fulfil our demands and attacks will stop

Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, has openly stated that Ukraine has to fulfil Russia’s demands, in order to "bring the situation back to normal".
