Russian agent sentenced to 14 years in prison for taking photos of military objects in Kramatorsk 

A resident of Kramatorsk has been sentenced to 14 years for informing Russians on the coordinates of Ukrainian military targets and location of units of Ukraine's Armed Forces.

Details: Prosecutor General's Office has proven that in May 2022, a resident of Kramatorsk had been informing Russia's National Security Agency officer through a messenger app of locations of units of Ukraine's Armed Forces, National Police and other military formations of Ukraine in Kramatorsk.

The man took photos of buildings occupied by the police, local territorial defence, as well as military objects; he sent geodata and even mentioned in their communication the facilities that in his point of view should be targeted. 

He was arrested during another transfer of photo material and notified that he was under suspicion of collaborationism (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The convict was sentenced to 14 years in prison with confiscation of property.
