Quote: "We must preserve unity regardless of any personal emotions and interests. Unity is what allows us now to strengthen society, strengthen our state and change the negative trends of our centuries-old history. The stronger the unity, the greater and faster our victory will be.

In unity, we must be equal. No one at the front will understand those who, with any political importance or power position, will try to return to their old life. To the life before 24 February."

Details: Zelensky added that if someone tries to play against the independence of Ukraine, either political, economic, or spiritual, the state will respond "instantly and harshly".

According to him, "there is no such gold for crosses or anything else in the world that could block the moral rust from ties with a terrorist state".

Quote: "If someone from the political class of Ukraine thinks that when they go skiing down a mountain, this motivates soldiers to get up from the trenches and go on the offensive, this is a sign of insanity, and there will be no such thing in politics.

I ask everyone to leave their ambitions at home and work to protect our common home. Work together with the state in the way that is necessary to protect freedom and our people.

When such a war is going on, this is not the time for personal political partisanship somewhere in the rear, in the media, or even in the capitals of the states that help us. Please take my words as seriously as possible."

Details: The president also said that Ukraine is moving towards the victory that generations of people have dreamed of and this is possible because "for the first time in several centuries, we simultaneously have national unity, our functioning state and maximum unity of the world for the sake of supporting Ukraine."

"We will not allow anyone to ‘roll back’ this to the old days. People won't allow it. The world will not allow it. Our unity must be as strong as our soldiers," Zelenskyy assured.

The president did not specify to whom his words are addressed.

Reminder: In recent months, several searches have been conducted in the buildings of churchmen of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate; some of them were caught playing along with Russia, which is waging a war against Ukraine.

In addition, on 28 December, a Ukrainian businessman and former MP Konstiantyn Zhevago was detained at a ski resort in Courchevel in France, documents are being prepared for his extradition.
