Russia attacks infrastructure target in Kharkiv
Russian forces have attacked Kharkiv for the second time throughout the day, targeting one of the infrastructure facilities.

Quote: "Kharkiv is under fire. I ask everyone to stay in shelters and observe precautionary measures.
For the second time throughout today, Kharkiv is under attack, presumably by Shahed UAVs. One of the infrastructure facilities is being targeted."
Details: At the moment, the air raid sirens are activated in the central regions of Ukraine, including Kharkiv Oblast.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, has also reported on his Telegram that "the occupiers are carrying out strikes on Kharkiv and Kharkiv oblast again".
