Russia has launched the first wave of missiles, but there may be several more, in order to "confuse" Ukrainian air defence.

Quote: "The first wave of missiles is over. There may be several of them. As a rule, they can use several waves to disperse missiles across the territory of Ukraine and confuse the actions of the Ukrainian air defence."
