Russia hits Sumy Oblast using rockets and drones
Throughout the day, the Russian military fired rockets at Sumy Oblast from a helicopter and dropped explosive devices from drones.

Quote: "The Russians made 55 strikes on the border areas of Sumy Oblast. The enemy used various types of weapons including rockets, bombs as well as projectiles and explosive devices dropped from drones.
The Russians launched a rocket attack on Krasnopillia hromada [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories -ed.] using a helicopter and delivering eight strikes. Later, they dropped three explosive devices using drones."
Details: Zhyvytskyi added that the Russians attacked Esman hromada using mortars (15 strikes) and Grad multiple-launch rocket systems (15 strikes). A house and several outbuildings belonging to local residents were damaged.
The Russian forces used mortars to strike Bilopillia hromada 14 times. A school in the village of Pavlivka, a residential building and several power lines were damaged in these attacks.
Zhyvytskyi stated that no casualties have been reported due to these attacks.
