Quote: "The explosions are unrelated to threat from the air, the work of air defence systems, or any other military activity. An alarm would have been sounded if there was a threat. The cause of the explosions will be reported separately."
Details: Pavliuk also reported that Russian bots are actively spreading misinformation on social media that explosions that could be heard in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast signal the beginning of a new offensive from the north. Lieutenant General said Russian forces were not currently undertaking any operations in northern Ukraine.
