"It seems that Moscow’s minions are not very confident about the safety of their families or their own future, despite what they say on camera," the National Resistance Center notes.

In general, according to intelligence data, the occupiers’ behaviour does not indicate that they believe that "Russia is here forever" [as their slogan has it].

Businesses and residential apartments in the temporarily occupied territory are being looted and the occupiers’ families are being moved away, the National Resistance Center reports.
