300 occupiers cannot leave military service in Luhansk Oblast, they are not paid money

About 300 Russian occupiers stationed in Luhansk Oblast cannot abandon military service after the end of the contract; at the same time they do not get any remuneration.

Quote: "As of 9 January 2023, the 3-month contracts ended in one of the units of the occupiers operating in Luhansk Oblast. About 300 servicemen of this formation do not receive any financial support because of that. In addition, they cannot leave the military service as mobilisation was announced."
