Russia runs out of armament stockpiles – Ukraine's Secretary of National Security

Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, has emphasised that Russia is running out of the weapon stockpiles it had prepared; they have accumulated these for years.
