Explosions rang out in Kryvyi Rih on the morning of 31 July, with the Russians launching a missile attack on the city, targeting a high-rise residential building.

Details: The Air Force previously reported the threat of the use of ballistic missiles in Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts.

As for now, an air-raid warning has been issued in these oblasts.

Local media outlet Pershyi Miskyi. ["The first in the city"] Kryvyi Rih later published the first videos showing the aftermath of the morning attack on Kryvyi Rih.

The video shows shuttered windows and damaged furniture in apartments, indicating that the Russians have again attacked peaceful residents.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. All necessary services are currently working at the scene.

Law enforcement officers are urging residents to stay in shelters until the all-clear is given.

Later, local Telegram channels posted a video showing that the Russians hit a residential high-rise building.
