Flooded towns and villages are most often attacked in Kherson Oblast

The settlements flooded due to Russia's blowing up of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant have suffered the most from Russian attacks.

Quote: "The most affected by Russian bombardments are those settlements located near the Dnipro River that had been flooded. These are Kherson, Antonivka, Kindiika, Stanislav, Kozatske, Vesele, and Dniprovske."

Details: Only one residential building in the Ukraine-controlled area of Kherson remains flooded.

About 4,000 buildings have been damaged. Recovery efforts are currently underway.
