Quote: "The Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief has been expanded today. Two hours to discuss the main challenges.

The first is the protection of nuclear power plants. [Mykola] Oleshchuk, Air Force Commander, [Interior] Minister [Ihor] Klymenko, and [Serhii] Deineko, chairman of the State Border Guard Service, reported. We also heard from the director of Energoatom [Petro] Kotin and [Andrii] Koziura, the director of the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant.

The second [topic] is the situation at the front. [We listened to] Reports of commanders Zaluzhnyy, Syrskyi, Tarnavskyi, Moskalyov and Naiev. The commander-in-chief is ordered to strengthen the North [direction].

The third is to increase our own production of equipment and ammunition, accelerating the pace of repairs of Western-style equipment. Reports by [Oleg] Huliak, Commander of the logistics forces, [Oleksandr] Kamyshin, Ministry of Strategic Industry, [Oleksandr] Kubrakov from the Ministry of Infrastructure, [and Oleksii] Reznikov from the Ministry of Defence."
