Details: The police are recording the effects of the Russian attacks on critical and civilian infrastructure on the right bank of Kherson Oblast.

The Russians landed another blow on peaceful settlements in the Kherson and Beryslav districts. They targeted residential and critical infrastructure facilities using multiple-launch missile systems, artillery, mortars, tanks and UAVs.

The attack damaged administrative and industrial buildings, an outpatient clinic, residential buildings and cars.

In Shyroka Balka, a 35-year-old tractor driver came under fire while ploughing a field to stop the spread of the flames. One of the shells hit the tractor, and the driver was killed on the spot.

The Russians bombarded Mykolaivka, wounding a 67-year-old man.

The settlement of Burhunka also came under artillery fire, which damaged a police car.

The Russians fired at suburban areas in Mykilske, injuring a 77-year-old man.

The city of Kherson once again was subjected to massive bombardment, with explosions heard around the clock. The Russian forces ruthlessly tried to destroy infrastructure facilities, targeting industrial sites and peaceful residential areas in the Korabel and Dnipro districts.

The bombardment damaged apartments in high-rise buildings, private houses and cars.

The city centre came under dense Russian fire, where a projectile hit a house, injuring a 6-year-old girl. She was diagnosed with a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to her hip, back and legs.

Investigative and operative teams from local police units, experts and bomb disposal technicians collected material evidence and documented the aftermath of the shelling, while ambulance workers assisted casualties and firefighters extinguished fires and cleared the rubble.

Over the past day, the police responded to 361 statements and reports from citizens who stated criminal offences and other incidents. Ten criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 438 "Violation of the laws and customs of war" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
