Details: According to Kadyrov, the instigators should be detained immediately, but "there is another option".

Quote: "Either make three warning shots in the air and then, if the person does not comply with the law, make the fourth shot in the forehead. They won't come out again. This is my order."

More details: In the spirit of Russian propaganda, he said that it is impossible to play along with Russia's enemies and undermine the situation from within, including holding rallies and calling for violence.

  • After the attack by Palestinian militants on Israel, Ramzan Kadyrov said that Chechnya supports Palestine: "We fully support the actions of Palestine. Because Israel once took their land and kept them in isolation. They have no freedom of speech".
  • Kadyrov said he was ready to go on a peacekeeping mission to Palestine to "determine who is right and who is wrong".
  • On 17 October, Kadyrov stated that "all mosques in Chechnya" held a collective prayer in support of Palestine. He claimed that those who prayed asked "Allah to protect the people of Palestine from criminal encroachments by oppressors".
