Details: Vozniuk urged Ukrainians to strictly observe the rules of mine safety and pay attention to markings that warn of potential danger. These are things such as special warning tape, signs that read "Dangerous mines!" and "Stop! Mines!", and red flags.

All this warns that the territories are polluted with explosive objects, Vozniuk says.

Background: On 14 November, a car was blown up by an explosive device in Kharkiv Oblast: one person was killed, and another was hospitalised.
